Man I love Ted's. It's a stellar place to eat at.Even tho the meals are great, I won't lie, I go there to binge on atomic salsa and chips. One of the very few places in the metro who makes their own chips fresh to serve.My only complaint are those darn surveys they give you. Service is awesome. The Menu is awesome. Please stop giving people a survey to fill out.

I placed an Togo order for chips& salsa 2 days prior, came in and waited 30 minutes. Still never got them. I had to leave empty handed along with other guests that cancelled.The hostess were nice, but they were talking bad about the guests and you could hear them. I understand it's the holidays and Ted's is so popular & good. This was the reason for my 2 day prior call in. Still love Ted's just not today.

I had the lunch special soft tacos. Shredded beef is slow cooked and piled high! Terrific flavor, terrific service. We had a great lunch right at noon on a weekday. The served us hot food fast, and it was all spectacular. Ask for the special salsa and fried jalapenos. Piled on those handmade tortillas...that's a hard bite to beat!This restaurant is in a very hectic part of OKC, so be prepared for the traffic. Inside it's quiet enough for napping babies. Its also a great place for company lunches.

Service is not like it once was. Food menu seems to have changed as well. Love the salsa and chips. Ordered double fajitas on a Sunday afternoon for 2 for $31.00. Did not want the rice and beans so substituted them for a salad for another $1.59 added. This is one of the more expensive venues in the metro for simple Mexican food in my view.

It was our first time visiting here.. And I must say I enjoyed every minute.. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was amazing.. Definitely coming back more often.

Possibly the best food I've ever eaten, hands down. Love the friendly staff. The line can get long to get in the door but it's so very worth the wait and the cost.

Placed a postmates order at 530. Received text from driver he is at the restraunt and was told my food would be another 2.5 hours no thanks I am not waiting 3.5 hours for food.

Food was good. Service was fast. Nice for a group.

One of the best places for great Mexican food. I highly recommend the fajita chicken enchiladas! The service is also ALWAYS excellent 👌

Ted’s is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the city!! Yes, there’s always a wait but it’s worth it. Fajitas are the most delicious thing on the menu. Perfect for the easy pick up on your way home! They’re catering is also 5 star quality. Order for your next wedding shower, watch party or just pick-up a “setting” (chips, salsa and Queso) if you need a quick appetizer!

Seriously amazing! Great food, great service. A blend of authentic and Tex-Mex.

The tortillas are fresh hand made, not from package. The guacamole is fresh, not from a package. These were the best fajitas I have ever eaten. And our waitress was great!

Diana was our server and she was fantastic, very speedy, and had tons of smiles and enjoyment to share with us. The chips and the three sauces and the queso dip was the bomb. The perfect margarita was fantastic especially with the patron and the Grand Marnier. our dinner entree started with wonderfully christakos before the main plate came. Giving us time to enjoy the tacos instead of overfilling the table with food. The chili relleno stuffed with chicken and cheese was superb.the Escondido especial was also fantastic with four different servings of tamale enchilada and taco with rice and beans

I did the delivery option today. The food was great as always, little cool, but microwave helped. I used Postmates for delivery, they were right on time and friendly. The order that I placed was not what I received, it didn't go to waste!!! I'm sure I will use the delivery option again!

Love this restaurant. We always have a great meal when we eat here. Love that you get all the free cheese and salsa dips.

The food is good but the wait isn’t. I don’t recommend taking young kids here because you’ll be grumpy by the time you get to your table. Of course than you’ll love the chips and salsa and forget about your wait.

Fresh salsa, fresh handmade tortillas, the best mexican food around!!! I try something new everytime we go and have loved every meal!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed with service from beginning to end. I understand we’re in the midst of a pandemic so we like to support local restaurants and order out quite often. We ordered lunch on 4/15/20, apparently they took down the wrong name, made us wait twenty minutes in the parking lot, then advised us that they didn’t have our order. My recommendation would be to write down customers name, spell it out, and not leave people waiting on food that isn’t there. We won’t be coming back until it opens back up.

We arrived and were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait and debated on whether we wanted to stay. I am so glad we waited, because it was well worth it! Once we were seated service was prompt, plus our server Antonio was very friendly without being overbearing. Our food arrived much quicker than we expected, and it was still steaming hot. The portions are huge, and the price was excellent! I would expect food this good with portions this big to cost a lot more. I had to hold myself back to save room for dessert and I am SO glad I did. The tres leches was so good I could have three plates all to myself. We were incredibly satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how great the restaurant was. It's not flashy, and not immediately obvious from the street, but do not let that fool you! This is an excellent restaurant that I will happily return to any time I come back to OKC.

This place was getting high marks - hands over fist and was recommended for top Mexican at my hotel, so I gave it a try. It was SUPER busy - a good sign, but I was seated in a timely manner and the service was really good. The server confused my order a bit, but not so bad it mattered. The food is colorful and seems very authentic. The warm tortillas could be eaten on their own - fabulous. The only let down, despite how pretty the food looked, was the lack of Mexican seasoning. The seasoning was very dulled to the point where the nachos and taco, even the enchilada had a blurred common taste....fresh but not flavorful. I wanted cilantro, cumin and chilies or chili powder to really pop - it doesn't. The most flavorful items were the sides - rice and beans. They were excellent. You will enjoy your trip but don't be surprised if the flavors don't overwhelm.

I love to dine in with Ted's. But since the cauvet 19 and they're only doing Pick up orders The people that answer the phone usually a female has been very rude. I don't think the teds management would appreciate that period I know when you dine in you usually get a comment card. I just think management should do something for the pick up I don't thinkorders to make the service better in more friendly. I waited over an hour for my food Survey. I don't think

The best Mexican food I ever had!!

The best Tex Mex in OKC. Period. The service is outstanding and the food is so fresh. I like the chips-light and fresh as opposed to the other places that seem so heavy. The salsa is also fresh and flavorful. I opt for the extra spicy and it has a special xtra kick. On this visit (and most others) I ordered the Cheese Enchiladas. Yep just good old Cheese Enchiladas. It amazes me how how some died in the wool Tex Mex places can screw this menu staple up. Not Ted's. If you accompany this with beans and rice, you will always receive a consistent flavor and texture. I am not able comment on much of the rest of their extensive menu with the exception of the Fajitas - beef or chicken - awesome! Or the Beef Chimichanga - off the hook!Anyway, go Ted's for some good old Tex Mex comfort and goodness!

Big props to Ted's Mexican restaurant...yesterday postmates delivered my $120 order but drove off without giving me half of it. Ted's remade my order with no additional charge. Huge thanks to Pedro the manager.Ted's customer service is one of the many reasons they're the best in town.

The service was great. I had the Mexican street tacos and they were delicious. Loved the fresh tortillas and sopapillas.

Today me and my mother ordered Delivery for dinner. We had gotten the choose two and chimichanga dinner. The choose two was only one taco with everything on it and too much lettuce, and the shredded beef 'nachos' that came with it was made out of taco shells and was only about maybe 4 pieces. There where also fries ordered with it and the container was less then half full. The chimichanga had tomatoes and onions in it which it doesn't when you eat in and the beef inside was dry. Won't be doing delivery again from here.

Food is always excellent, but $2.99 for tea...never again will I order tea at Teds!

Always good. Best set up for Mexican food. Noise levels can get loud or would otherwise be 5 stars. Try the Atomic Salsa if you like hot. If you've never had one you must have their fried stuffed avocado. Homemade style tortillas. Complimentary Sopapillas to end your meal. Always great frozen margaritas. My favorite is the Sangria Swirl.

I didn’t notice they close at 9pm on Monday night. I walked in with my kids and still received the best service. The food was great as always and no one treated us like we needed to rush. Shout out to the waitress Diana! She’s always friendly and fast.

One of the very best servers--Shelby--we've ever encountered at any dining place. Ever. And we mean it. Absolutely delicious food. Plenty of it; generous portions. Began with the Setup--so much food that we would've been content with that alone. But we stayed for the entrees we'd ordered. Glad we did, of course. Dessert, too? If you've eaten there, you know that's an extra highlight. Looking forward to returning. Ted's is our favorite Mexican restaurant in OKC, without a doubt.

I have heard that this location is the original. To me a Teds always sets the standard for quality and unmatched customer service. Although not the cheapest, one must remember the slogan "you get what you pay for" . All in all I find prices just a little more expensive than others, but worth it. Lively courteous staff combined with wonderfully tasty offerings make for a memorable time.
